Having faith in all children

Toddlers through Grade 8
Having faith in all children, Notre Dame Academy is a welcoming, regional Catholic school in Minnetonka, MN offering preschool through eighth grade. Our students receive an education that is taught with kindness, inclusiveness, and a commitment to the whole child. Each student has the opportunity to learn, grow and work toward their unique potential.
Academic Excellence in a Faith-Centered Community
The Notre Dame Academy Preschool Program offers flexible, year-round school for children ages two to five. Our dedicated teachers share a love of early learning and strive for excellence in Catholic education.
Our teachers provide academic rigor and strong education outcomes by developing the minds, hearts, and souls of our children in a faith-centered environment and a nurturing community.
Ensuring our families have access to valuable news, forms, and other online resources is very important to us.
Curriculum
Notre Dame Academy prides itself on providing a challenging, yet fun curriculum for all grade levels. We know that students learn the best when they are engaged, curious, and hands-on. We use several different types of curriculums across the core subjects as well as Spanish and various forms of fine arts opportunities. Our students leave Notre Dame Academy prepared to tackle college prep courses no matter what high school they choose to attend. We believe in developing well rounded students within a strong community that offers a comprehensive curriculum with differentiation available to meet each student’s needs.

What might a child carry with them from a Catholic education?
The knowledge that they are loved by God. The habit of turning to prayer. The courage to serve someone who needs them.
At Notre Dame Academy, we want these gifts to take root alongside every student’s learning.
On November 18, our Day of Giving will bring our community together around a $100,000 goal to help keep an NDA education affordable and accessible to more students.
Save the date and consider how you might take part. Your generosity helps make room for more children to grow Anchored in Christ.

“Both of my girls have attended this school since preschool. If you ever have the opportunity to support Catholic Schools for your children, grandchildren, or great-grandchildren, I highly recommend it. This has been the best opportunity for their self esteem, faith, community and personal well being.”
